1. What you are buying

A sponsored card in the partner slot on RatesGrid pages, for the ZIP codes you reserve. The card is labeled Sponsored and links to your website. It is advertising, not a ranking, recommendation or endorsement, and it does not create a lead-generation or brokerage relationship between RatesGrid and any consumer.

2. Territory lock

  • One partner per ZIP code. No two partners hold the same ZIP code at the same time.
  • The lock takes effect only after payment clears. Checking availability does not reserve a territory.
  • Your primary ZIP code and up to two secondary ZIP codes are reserved together.
  • ZIP codes in excluded states are not sold and are not displayed.

3. Release and reassignment

  • A territory with no measurable activity (no card impressions or clicks) for two consecutive calendar quarters may be released back to inventory with 30 days written notice.
  • Failure to keep NMLS or state licensing current suspends the card immediately and releases the territory after 30 days if unresolved.
  • You may release a territory at any time; release takes effect at the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds are not provided for released territories, except where RatesGrid removes a placement for a reason other than your breach.

4. Pricing and billing

  • Regular price: $179 per month per ZIP code.
  • Current offer: $99 per month for two ZIP codes, locked for 12 months from signup.
  • Individual partners: no contract, cancel anytime.
  • Business entities: minimum 6-month commitment.
  • Payment is collected at signup through Stripe. RatesGrid does not store card data.

5. Verification

You must provide an active company NMLS ID and the license information required in the states you serve. We check NMLS Consumer Access before a card goes live. Unverified or expired listings are not published. You are responsible for keeping licensing current and for the compliance of your own card copy.

6. Content rules

Cards may not state or imply rates, approval odds, "best" or "guaranteed" claims, or government affiliation. RatesGrid may edit card copy for length and compliance, and may decline or remove content that does not meet these rules.

7. Editorial independence

Advertisers do not review, approve or influence articles. Payment does not change what we publish, and placements are never presented as editorial recommendations. See thead policy.

8. Data

RatesGrid does not collect consumer loan applications or sell consumer leads. Card impressions and clicks may be counted in aggregate to measure placement performance. See theprivacy policy.
